Michael Glauberman
Michael is a dedicated therapist and mental performance coach at Chicago Mind Solutions, committed to helping individuals navigate mental health challenges and optimize performance. He holds two master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Sport and Human Performance Psychology from Adler University in Chicago. Originally from Ohio, Michael completed his undergraduate studies at Ohio State University before relocating to Chicago to further his education.
Michael takes an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring his techniques to help facilitate clients’ desired goals and healing. He views each individual as a holistic blend of mind and body, emphasizing the powerful connection between physical and emotional well-being. His therapeutic work combines evidence-based modalities, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and somatic techniques, to address both mental health concerns and performance challenges. Whether supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, ADHD, or adjustment difficulties, Michael helps clients cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and lasting change.
Michael specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and adult populations working with them to achieve their desired goals. Additionally Michael likes to focus on self-esteem, self-concept, and identity development. He has a deep passion for empowering individuals to understand and strengthen their sense of self, fostering healthier relationships, and creating meaningful change.
Outside of his therapeutic practice, Michael enjoys spending time outdoors with his miniature Bernedoodle, Murphy, as well as cooking, traveling, and participating in various sports, including golf.
